我喜欢蔬菜 I Like Vegetables

Many of my friends do not like eating vegetables, because they think that vegetables are not delicious. They like KFC or Mcdonald's. Being different to them, I like vegetables very much. When I e my favorite. Vegetables contain many essential vitamins and other nutrients, which helps us build a healthy body. In addition, eating more vegetables can prevent diseases. Therefore, we should have the good habit to eat vegetables.

我很多朋友都不喜欢吃蔬菜，因为他们觉得蔬菜不好吃。他们喜欢吃肯德基或者麦当劳。我和他们不一样，我很喜欢吃蔬菜。当我还是个小孩的时候，我妈妈就告诉我应该多吃蔬菜，那样我才能长高。而且，为了让我吃蔬菜，我妈妈经常给我一些奖励。时间久了，蔬菜就成了我喜欢吃的。蔬菜含有很多有助于身体健康的必需维生素和其他营养。另外，多吃蔬菜能够预防疾病。因此，我们应该养成吃蔬菜的习惯。
