教学目标：1、本课时是通过学生认读的方法给小丑涂色，并复习头部的部位和颜色的名称。
2、学习本课时的有关颜色的歌曲。
教材分析：
本课时包括Let'spaint和Let'ssing两部分。
Let'spaint是给小丑涂色，主要复习头部的部位和颜色的名称。
Let'ssing部分是一首巩固所学颜色的歌曲。
设计说明：
在本课的Let'spaint部分，是给小丑涂色，复习头部的部位和颜色的名称。因此，教师在热身/复习环节，用学生熟悉的“HeadShouldersKneesAndToes”歌曲开始，既能集中学生的注意力，又能调动学生学习的积极性，更能复习表身体部位的单词。
在其后的涂色练习中，教师可根据学生情况，让学生在认读的基础上进行涂色。如学生认读有困难，教师可适当带读，以便学生理解。
为了更好的复习头部的部位和颜色的单词，教师要多加游戏，让学生在玩中练，活动中复习。可进行“比一比，说一说，画一画。”“What'smissing?”等游戏。
Let'ssing部分是一首巩固所学颜色的歌曲。教师可充分发挥学生的天分，让学生试唱，领唱等。
教学重点：复习头部的部位和颜色的名称和学习本课时的歌曲。
教学难点：表示头部部位和表示颜色的单词认读。
教具准备：
1、教师准备一个较大且未涂色的小丑的头像。
2、教师和学生每人准备一套彩色蜡笔。
3、教师准备表示颜色和身体部位名称的图片。
教学过程：
一、热身、复习(Warm-up/Revision)
(1)师生共唱歌曲："HeadShouldersKneesAndToes"复习表身体部位的单词。
(2)教师把表示颜色和身体部位名称的图片拿在手中，举起其中之一很快在学生面前晃过并提问："What?"学生根据卡片内容，说出单词head/red…。
(3)让学生说第二单元Let'schant的歌谣。一组问Whereisyoureye?一组答Hereitis!并指相应的部位。
二、呈现新课(Presentation)
(1)教师将未涂色的小丑图贴在黑板上，教师问：Whereistheeye?学生答：Hereitis!并指相应的部位。
(2)比赛
教师将学生分为两大组，每组每次派一名选手，教师发指令head，选手比赛，看谁先摸到头为胜。依次练习，直到每名学生都参与了一遍。
(3)做Let'spaint部分的练习。
教师手中拿蜡笔，边说边演示，如：Colourthefaceyellow.就将小丑的脸涂成*。演示时教师的动作要慢点，让学生看清楚，强调动作Colour。后，教师指着句子，带读Colourthefaceyellow.，让学生跟读的同时也指着自己书上的句子。后边读边在做动作。用同样的方法进行第二句。
(4)继续做Let'spaint部分剩下句子的练习。
教师可根据学生情况，让学生在认读的基础上进行涂色。如学生认读有困难，教师一定要手指句子，适当带读，以便学生理解。
(5)教师指着自己的衣服说：I'mwearingyellowtoday.Whoiswearingyellowtoday?(教师当天穿yellow颜色的衣服)学生跟说Whoiswearingyellowtoday?
(6)学唱歌曲Whoiswearingyellowtoday?方法为：
教师带读歌曲中的单词和句子。
教师带领学生边打节拍边说歌词。听录音，试唱歌曲。
(7)听录音，全体学生唱歌曲Whoiswearingyellowtoday?。穿所唱颜色服装的同学起立展示。教师唱：I'mwearingyellowtoday.
(8)将颜色扩展，教师和学生穿上准备好的其它颜色的服装，让学生代换歌曲中的颜色词，并可进行问答对唱练习。
(9)开展学生自编歌词、演唱新歌的活动。
教师让学生按小组坐好。
小组内部讨论改编歌词。
将改编好的歌曲在组内试唱。
按小组到讲台前演唱自编歌曲。
如：

三、趣味操练(Practice)
(1)让学生拿出准备的未涂色的小丑头像。让他们根据所听涂色。
(2)让学生拿出准备的白纸，将学生分为小组进行练习，两人一组，一名学生说颜色，另一名学生画画、涂色。如：Amouth.Colourthemouthgreen.之后，相调换。所说颜色，不必与课本相同。
(3)游戏"What'smissing?"
教师将颜色的图片贴于黑板，然学生闭上眼睛后，取下其中之一，问："What'smissing?"练习单词的同时，训练学生记忆能力。
四、课堂评价(Assessment)
做动手册本单元第3部分练习。
(1)让学生听录音做练习。
(2)再次播放录音，在教师的指导下让学生一句一句地跟读并相互核对答案，后通过给小花涂色进行自我评价。教师也可以让学生们展示一下自己的作品，比一比看谁的气球漂亮。
